Payment
- Pay only when you have received a revised invoice combining your items together, and the reduced shipping fees have been applied. Request total from seller if necessary.
Shipping Rates and Policies
- Orders will be shipped within 2 business days of receipt of cleared payment.
- We do not ship on weekends and holidays.
- When your shipping label is generated a notification will be sent via your email. Tracking number will be included.
- International buyers must allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. If still not received by then, please contact us. Delays are often due to the customs process in your country. Import duties, tariffs, and taxes are not included. These charges are the buyers responsibility.
Returns and Customer Satisfaction Policies
- All sales are final unless item is defective or shipped in error. Returns based on fit, or change of mind, are prohibited as we provide excellent detailed pictures, description, and measurements.
- There is no longer standard sizing as brands differ based on style, fabric and cut. Please refer to the sizing chart in each listing to determine the size you need. Do not use different brands for comparison of sizing.
